They actually made me pay 40 bucks for a guy to come to my house and claim that my mattress was sinking because of a mark from a pen. Makes me sick to my stomach that we have thrown away $1800 for a bed that we had just a little over 3 years. It was very easy to set up because literally all you have to do is unroll it and remove the plastic wrap as you roll and thats it.
